Large and clean but very dated rooms. Price was great! Plenty of hot water. Beds pretty comfortable with nice pillows. We were allowed to park our truck out front.
Nice clean motel. Would stay again. Stayed 3 nights, would rate 5 stars, but shower didn't have a lot of pressure, could be remedied with different shower head. Shampoo and soap not replenished.
Just checked in and I am definitely pleased not only with room size but how clean the room is. The woman at the front was kind as well especially with being woken up At 1:30 in the morning. I will definitely stay here again.
This is an old hotel, it's true .. but the room was very big, and they have made the rooms clean and equipped. The ac could use a notch up.. Took a bit to cool a room that size off to our comfortably. But the price was like 60$ for a king and it was totally great. Adequate and comfy along with the great price. Looking to pull off for the night on a trip this is a great option.
Rooms are about the size you would get at a Super 8 and maybe a little cleaner and not run down like in some cities. I'm overall impressed especially for the price. $54 for a single king size bed. Don't hesitate to come here if you want a clean room at a cheap price. Judging by the older reviews this place has improved substantially
the price, bathroom was great and the water pressure was excellent. Flat screen tv was a plus as well as the microwave and fridge. This was a great value and I would stay here anytime, they also let me stay an extra hour longer.
Had no issues, everything was clean, no weird odor, nothing was overly ancient. I would stay here again. Other hotels might be a little more updated but to be fair it didn't feel outdated. Free breakfast. Try the Texas waffles. Free wifi, I was surprised how quick it was, I streamed video with no issues. I wouldn't hesitate to use their internet to conduct business, but this is based on one isolated visit (maybe I was the only one using it that night)
I am formerly from Childress, and stayed at The Childress Inn last night. I hadn't been inside one of the rooms in a while. What a refreshing change They have done with suttle Differences. Taking the carpet out and replacing The floors with a natural Wood look really welcomes You in. The room was nice, Very comfortable bed and A great location near the local Walmart, Taco Bell, Murphy's gas and convenient store, located At the west end of Childress. Thank you for A pleasant evening..
